Mineserver Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Mineserver Hub infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Site (e.g. the URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notices
If you believe that content you submitted was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the address above. A valid counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
