1. Use of the Site

Mineserver Hub provides a directory for Minecraft server listings and a voting platform. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent server listings
• Manipulate or automate the voting system
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site without prior written permission
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

2. Accounts

To submit servers or vote, you must sign in via Google or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a server listing, you represent that you have the right to list that server and that the information provided is accurate. You grant Mineserver Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are misleading, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Voting

Each account may cast one vote per server per 24-hour period. Votes must reflect genuine player experience. Automated voting, vote trading, or vote manipulation of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads is governed by the advertiser's own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, design, and code not submitted by users is owned by or licenced to Mineserver Hub. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Mineserver Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mineserver Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
